Statute

Dear Customer! Logging in is not necessary neither by viewing contents of the shop, nor by making an order. You only have to fill one of two forms on a website and then confirm the order.

Orders will be executed according to their sequence, because most of books I have in one copy. If I hadn't got some ordered items, I would send an email, but the rest of order is executed without additional confirmation. If You want to stop a parcel due to lack of part of books, please mark it visibly in a comment by making an order.

Costs of parcel are settled on the base of a price list of Polish Post Office.

Antique shop reserves the right to make a verification of order. In the case of the order with cash on delivery option WE SEND AN EMAIL TO EACH CUSTOMER WITH A REQUEST FOR ORDER CONFIRMATION. It is also possible to confirm an order by phone call. In the case of the lack of contact and order verification we reserve the right to stop execution of the order.

We execute an order within at most 48 h after we receive money on bank account ( bank transfer ) or we receive a confirmation of order ( cash on delivery ). Without Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, of course.

We send books with a priority or an economical parcel. On request of customer we draw a VAT invoice.

We send orders over 300.00 PLN on our own ( normal package, Polish Post Office, in Poland).

State of offered books is really good. If we have any doubts about it, we mark it in a description. In our offer there are also new books and we mark it in a description, too.

Data base is updated on-the-fly ( everyday ), so it is worth to be in a contact.

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

Making an order is equal to approval to preserving and converting personal data included in order by the company, according to valid rules in a law from 29 August 1997 about personal data security (Dz. U. Nr 133, poz. 883), which provides the right to view, correct and remove own data. Customers' personal data given by buying are converted only to realise an order and to give information about new products and promotions in the shop.
